Return and Exchange Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

As all products are made after your order is placed, expect production time to take 3-5 business days and shipping an additional 5 business days depending on the delivery location.  These times may vary and may be shorter or longer.  If you feel your order is taking too long to arrive please reach out so we can see what we can do to expedite the process.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Our products are printed-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This allows us to offer a wider array of products and colors as a small business.  This also means that returns and exchanges are not accepted due to ordering the wrong size, color, or if you simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, free replacement or a refund is offered if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the contact box and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
